In fact, from what I understand, it would be ABNORMAL to have a natural birth there. So you can't judge her sanity or parenting abilty based on that.... I feel sorry for the poor kid. Now she's the poster child for bad motherhood...and that can't be easy...even if she does deserve it... "The words "Fat" and "Bad Mother" are kryptonite words for women.
